2.1.1. Management of Client’s Finances

We do not handle, manage, or control your financial assets. Our role is strictly advisory, providing guidance and expertise related to real estate.

2.1.2. Real Estate Sales

We do not directly sell or broker real estate properties. Our services are focused on providing strategic advice to help you make informed decisions about real estate investments. We do not own any properties that will be sold to you.

2.1.3. Financial Transactions

Neither we nor our staff will be involved in any financial transactions related to property acquisition on your behalf. We are not a financial intermediary, escrow agent, or transaction facilitator. You are responsible for independently executing all financial transactions.

2.1.4. Property Ownership

We guide you through the real estate financing process, but we have no ownership or legal interest in any properties you acquire. You retain full and exclusive legal ownership of all real estate properties, and we assume no share or stake in them.

2.1.5. LLC Ownership

We offer a "Company Formation Consulting" service, which includes assisting you with forming and legalizing a Limited Liability Company (LLC). We will never assume ownership, a legal stake, an equity stake, or control of these legal entities. The ownership of these LLCs remains solely with you.

2.1.6. Money Laundering

Money laundering is a serious crime that fuels other illicit activities. We are committed to preventing it by implementing strict KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money

Laundering) protocols. These measures help us identify and validate the identity of all clients and detect suspicious activities. By identifying and refusing to serve individuals involved in unlawful pursuits, we actively contribute to a more secure marketplace.

3. Use License

Following our recommendations is essential for a smooth consulting process. You are also responsible for the full payment of all fees and financial compensation outlined in your agreement with us. Failure to meet these payment terms will result in a suspension of our services.

We respect the confidentiality of your information. We will not disclose confidential information without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Confidential information is any information you provide to us in writing, orally, or by other means. It does not include information that is already publicly known or in our possession.

6. Limitation of Liability

Main Street Helpers, along with our vendors and suppliers, are not liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of our services or any third-party services we assist you with.
